We had this happen when we ran some summer school transition lessons. Teachers were to be paid more than double the support staff. Some of the teachers were just supervising students on bell boats, which was actually led by outside providers. Where as I was in school teaching the students. I finally persuaded the school to pay me the equivalent of a teacher but I still had to come in to prep the practicals before the days and then come in the day after to clear it all up. I told them I wont do it again.
