OCR exam board le Chateliers principle 10.4

Anyone done this practical?

The sheet asks for iron chloride and Potassium thiocyanate solutions but does not give their respective concentrations.

Any ideas what concentrations they should be?

That's from kerboodle - the teacher / tech sheet will have the concentrations

Couldn't see it on the technicians sheet...

Hi
Just checked as we do OCR as well the iron chloride and potassium thiocynate are both 0.5M but only need a small quanity. ie 1 drop per test tube which is then diluted with 5cm of distilled water. Then add 1 spatula of ammonium chloride.
Hope this helps :)
