How to keep my exit interview professional

Never had a proper exit interview, only 'informal chats' to discuss a feedback form with all the reasons for resigning, but I think this was offered as a box-ticking exercise for the HR people, and I'm not convinced that anybody read it all.
I kept a rough timeline of events and reasons for leaving and so had plenty to put on the form. Keep it factual and concise.

You have several options.

1. No holds barred.
2. Get all of the issues across but in a 'diplomatic' way
3. Go but just list any positives in a vague way.
4. Refuse to go.

2 and 4 are your best options. 3 is pointless, 1 risks issues in the future as education is a small world.

I'm getting to the stage that flipping burgers would pay more given that they probably want to have another go cutting 10% off my wages as they stand will mean I'm likely to be on less than £10ph. So getting out of education altogether means No.1 will be deployed

Tell them all the things you are looking forward to in your new position, and how having all these will help you in the future to complete all the goals that will be required of you. Let them know that if these had been made available to you here, you could have achieved much more in your present position.

Keep an eye cos minimum wage for over 25's has been put up to £10.50 since April this year

Crazy. One of our techs is thinking of doing cleaning as it pays between 12 & 15 ph.
