How to join a Group

First of all, you need to be logged in to our Community forums to join a Group.
If you are not already a member, register by clicking the orange button on the top right of this page, enter your details and then we will send you a confirmation email. Once you have verified your account, log in.

There are two ways to join a Group.
Either click on the little circle button on the logo of a Group:


...Or click on the logo of any Group which takes you to the Group's information page. Here you can click on the "join" button:


You will be asked to confirm your request to join and once clicked a request will be made to the Group owner.


If you get approved, you will receive a notification and gain instant access to the Group.
If you have waited a couple of weeks but received no access, email us at and we will prompt the Group owner.
