Hi, I'm doing the dreaded apple/pectinase BTEC practical as a mock. I have pectinase as a liquid bought from science supplier but don't know what strength it is, any ideas, TIA.
That was fun. We got told about it at the last minute, suppliers couldn't send any in time, and had to run out to Wilko to grab some from their home-brewing section.

...and to answer the question... going by Breckland and Philip Harris, it looks like it "should be considered 100%" ie 1 ml diluted to 100ml gives a 1% solution etc.
