Hey guys,

Anyone know a good place to get this other than the NCBE website?
Do you mean the flat, fabricy stuff for electrophoresis, or the carbon fibre rods that CLEAPSS recommend for making microscale electrolysis cells ?

The electrophoresis stuff.

i bought some from a local model/hobby store as it is used for building kites
Can you post a photo of the front of the pack so I can go in and say I want this please?

As an aside, I find that you can reuse the carbon fibre electrode material for electrophoresis. Just rinse it in water and let it dry flat. Its good until it goes too wrinkly / fluffy.

It has a Electric Resistivity of 1.7 x 10-3 Ω⋅cm so might just do the trick!
I just wasn't sure about the woven structure - will it fray and fall to pieces when you cut it up ?! If not, it looks like it would be sturdier and more reusable than the non woven stuff.
If you do buy it, please will you let us know how it fares ?
